Who Is B’laster? In 2007 B'laster celebrated their 50th anniversary. What started small has since grown into a national company know for it’s precedent-setting product – PB B’laster – that clinched the company’s future. Today, many people recognize the name B’laster by their leading products used by both DIYers and professionals. An entrepreneurial who started several chemical companies, William K. Westley developed PB in 1957. PB penetrates corrosion to allow easy disassembly. It also acts as a lubricant and rust inhibitor that extends the life of equipment and make future maintenance easy. So…How’d we venture into racing sponsorships? Simply put, it was a logical marriage between our core products, used by mechanics and car enthusiasts alike, and our enjoyment of the racing industry. In 2001, a professional driver who routinely used PB came to us with a request to become a partner. It was a no brainer -- and we jumped at the chance to join. Racing is the perfect venue to promote B’laster Chemical Company, and we’re having a lot of fun doing it. Since 2001, B’laster has been proud to be a corporate sponsor at racetracks across the country, alongside our sponsorships of professional racecar drivers in the NHRA, dirt track and Bass Boat circuits.
